Description
On 10 and 11 May 2015, 70 years after the end of World War II and the Shoah, “Misrachi” held an internationally composed symposium on the beginnings of the Jewish Community following the extermination with the title “Return to Life”. Austrian historians and prominent academics from Israel were invited to the symposium. The Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance and the Wiesenthal Institute were able to be obtained as cooperating partners.

Am 10. und 11. Mai 2015, 70 Jahre nach Ende des Weltkriegs und der Shoah, veranstaltete „Misrachi“ in seinen Räumlichkeiten ein international besetztes Symposium über den Beginn der jüdischen Gemeinde nach der Vernichtung mit dem Titel „Zurück zum Leben“. Zu dem Symposium wurden österreichische HistorikerInnen sowie wissenschaftliche Persönlichkeiten aus Israel eingeladen. Als Kooperationspartner konnten das DÖW sowie das Wiesenthal-Institut gewonnen werden.
