Description

In 2015 the program includes the Vienna-born composer Karl Weigl and Joachim Stuchewski, who lived in Vienna from 1924 to 1938, as well as Egon Wellesz, Erich Wolfgang Korngold, Hanns Eisler, Mario Catelnuovo-Todesco, Arnold Schönberg and Bohuslaw Martinu, who also had to escape the country. As in preceding years, in 2015 the Chamber Music Festival Castle Laudon will again be performed by Vienna’s aron quartett and by a guest ensemble featuring Adrian Eröd and Massimo Guiseppe.

2015 stehen der in Wien geborene Komponist Karl Weigl sowie der in Wien von 1924 bis 1938 lebende Joachim Stuchewski neben Egon Wellesz, Erich Wolfgang Korngold, Hanns Eisler, Mario Catelnuovo-Todesco und Arnold Schönberg auf dem Programm, ebenso Bohuslaw Martinu, der ebenfalls das Land verlassen musste. Wie in den vorangegangenen Jahren wird das Kammermusikfestival Schloss Laudon 2015 wieder vom Wiener aron quartett getragen sowie von einem Gastensemble mit Adrian Eröd sowie Massimo Guiseppe Bianchi.
