Description
Within the scope of this project, Ezra looks after elderly former victims of the Nazi regime living in Austria who are suffering from serious chronic or life-threatening illnesses in the final phase of their lives. Counselling for relatives is also very important in this context. The services offered range from psychiatric treatment, care and social counselling, psychotherapeutic treatment, psychological counselling/treatment to voluntary visiting services. The services are adapted to meet the needs of the respective target groups.

Im Rahmen dieses Projektes betreut Esra in Österreich lebende, hochbetagte ehemalige Opfer des NS-Regimes, bei denen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase eine schwere chronische oder lebensbedrohende Krankheit auftritt. Ganz wichtig ist in diesem Zusammenhang auch die Beratung der Angehörigen. Das Angebot reicht von psychiatrische Behandlung, Pflege sowie soziale Beratung, psychotherapeutische Behandlung, psychologische Beratung/Behandlung bis hin zu ehrenamtlichen Besuchsdiensten. Die Angebote werden an die jeweiligen Zielgruppen angepasst.
