During the Shoah history, remembrance and encounter trip to Poland, which lasts several days, the young people get to reflect at various locations. They travel in classes and are accompanied by tour guides, psychosocial counsellors, organisational coach leaders and contemporary witnesses (victims and righteous). A two-day workshop takes place before the trip to prepare the teachers emotionally and thematically for the programme. The workshop also provides impetus and ideas for further projects to be developed in class to prepare for and follow up on the MoRaH trip. One item on the programme is participation in the “March of the Living” memorial event, a commemorative march in the former Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. Together with thousands of Jews (survivors and descendants of survivors) from all over the world, the participants of “MoRaH” commemorate the victims of the Shoah. At the MoRaH closing event, the participants present the projects they have developed and report on the experiences and insights they have gained as part of the MoRaH project and the MoRaH trip. There is also a cooperation with the “Likrat” project of the Jewish Community Vienna. As part of this cooperation, Austrian pupils will meet with Jewish pupils trained by Likrat as part of a youth exchange event.

Bei der mehrtägigen Shoah-Geschichts-, Gedenk- und Begegnungsreise nach Polen kommen die Jugendlichen an unterschiedlichen Orten zum Nachdenken. Sie sind klassenweise unterwegs und werden von Tourguides, psychosozialen Betreuer:innen, organisatorischen Reisebusleiter:innen und Zeitzeug:innen (Opfer und Gerechte) begleitet. Im Vorfeld der Reise findet ein 2-tägiger Workshop statt, der die Lehrer:innen emotional und inhaltlich/thematisch auf das Programm vorbereitet. Der Workshop bietet außerdem Anstoß und Ideen für weiterführende Projekte, die zur Vor- und Nachbereitung der MoRaH-Reise im Unterricht ausgearbeitet werden sollen. Ein Programmpunkt ist die Teilnahme an der Gedenkveranstaltung "March of the Living", ein Gedenkmarsch im ehemaligen KZ Auschwitz-Birkenau. Die Teilnehmer:innen von "MoRaH" gedenken zusammen mit tausenden Jüdinnen und Juden (Überlebenden und Nachfahren von Überlebenden) aus der ganzen Welt der Opfer der Shoah. Bei der MoRaH-Abschlussveranstaltung präsentieren die Teilnehmer:innen erarbeitete Projekte und berichten über Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse, die sie im Rahmen des Projekts "MoRaH" und der MoRaH-Reise gemacht haben. Außerdem gibt es hier eine Kooperation mit dem Projekt "Likrat" der IKG Wien. Innerhalb dieser Zusammenarbeit werden im Rahmen eines Jugendbegegnungs-Events österreichische Schüler:innen mit von Likrat ausgebildeten jüdischen Schüler:innen zusammentreffen.
